Book your first monthly strategy call
Once you’ve completed the onboarding, you’ll receive a link to book a time for your first strategy call.
Initial monthly strategy call
During this call, we’ll discuss what we’ve documented in our initial marketing review, and come up with a list of jobs to focus on in the first month.
We proactively enter jobs based on our call
You don’t need to worry about constantly thinking about what work to give us. After every strategy call, we proactively come up with the jobs, and put the requests in the portal.
Once a job finishes, we'll automatically move on to the next one
If you’ve exceeded your limit of simultaneous jobs, we can still enter new ones. They will just be placed on hold, but they will automatically go into review once another job is finished. That way we can create a roadmap of future jobs that need to be done.

We offer a wide range of Web Design, Digital Marketing & Video Production services as part of our scope. Click here to see the full list of jobs you can request. If there’s anything outside of this list, you can certainly put it in as a job request, and we’ll let you know if we can do it.
Yes, absolutely. The only thing that is limited is the number of simultaneous jobs you can have open at any time. Depending on the package you take, you can either have 1, 5 or 7 simultaneous jobs open. If you have more than that in the portal, don’t worry. We can put in as many as you want, and the jobs put in after you have reached your limit will be placed on hold until one of the open jobs is closed.
Yes, absolutely. During our monthly strategy call, we discuss the focus area for the following month, and put together the list of jobs accordingly, and enter them in the portal for you, so you don’t have to worry about it
Because of the wide range of services we offer in our scope, and the varying complexities in design and coding, we are not able to give a set timeframe without reviewing the brief of the job. Having said that, once we review the request, and we start with the job, we do communicate a timeframe for you your review of the first draft. From there on, it is dependent on the number of changes requested.
We have a process for reviewing job requests before starting them. We do this to make sure the brief is detailed enough so that we aren’t delivering something that’s very different to what you expect.
Depending on the time of day that the job is requested, we may not review it until the next business day. In addition to this, there might be questions from our side if the brief is not detailed enough, which will further delay the job from starting.
Having said that, once we review the task, and as long as the brief is very detailed, we usually start the job the following business day.
Absolutely not. You can request as many changes as you want for any job, with no extra charge. Obviously, this will affect the timeline already given.
We gladly take a look at any job requests, even if they fall outside of our scope. If we feel we can do it, we will accept it. However, this is at our discretion. We try to be as flexible as possible, and accommodate requests made by our clients whenever we can.
Yes, of course. When we sign up a new client, we ask them for list of names and emails of their team members that they would like to add to the portal
Yes, absolutely. In your subscriptions portal, you are able to cancel, upgrade or downgrade, whenever you like. We will continue working until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unfortunately we do not process refunds for time not used during a billing cycle.
