Getting the full scope of work documented correctly is important in making sure that everyone is on the same page before starting the project.

Comprehensive Website Audit
This is a full site wide audit which investigates every aspect of the site – technical foundation, onsite structure, link profile, site speed, content makeup etc.
This is a summary list taken from the feedback in the audit. It identifies which items need to be worked on and in the order of importance. This lays out a 90-day plan of changes that are going to be made.

This is where we have our first progress call with the client, to walk them through the website audit, and discuss the execution list for their approval

It is important that the client understands and approves our steps of the execution list, and that they fully understand the changes being made to the website

In this step we will focus on beginning to fix the issues identified within the audit, in the order of the execution list.
QA & Testing
This is where we test all parts of the website that were changed during the previous step.
This will showcase the research on which keywords we are going to target and how we got there.
Month 2 progress call
We use this opportunity to discuss the keyword research, as well as the initial changes made to the website
This is where he will help the client come up with a content strategy so that we can fill in any content gaps on their site
New landing page structure
We identify which landing pages are needed on the website to capture maximum enquiries
We identify which pages and content sections are missing, and let the client know so they can create the content
Month 3 progress call
We discuss the progress so far in terms of organic traffic and conversions. We also use this opportunity to discuss the content strategy, landing page structure, and missing content
This will be a quick document to showcase to the client the progress in the first 3 months in terms of traffic and conversions, and where we are in our timeline.
Link profile analysis
We use our off-page profiling tools to analyze the current backlink profile that the website has
Similarly, to the content strategy, this phase looks at their offsite strategy and profile and helps them gauge and understand how we are going to move forward from a link building/out-reach perspective.

We discuss the progress so far in terms of organic traffic and conversions. We also use this opportunity to discuss the 3-month review, and off-site strategy
We will analyze the competitors of the client and report on numerous aspects and how they are performing. This showcases where the client is falling short and helps us identify a few things that some of the industries top players are doing, and that we could replicate.
Start building Web 2.0 properties
This allows us to build a strong profile of properties which link to your website.
This is where we research and audit all citations for the site, and create a report on all of the variations within all the citations.
Month 5 progress call
We discuss the progress so far in terms of organic traffic and conversions. We also use this opportunity to discuss the competitor analysis, and citation audit results
This is another review stage where we map out the keywords we are tracking against the rankings and work out if the correct page is now ranking for the relevant terms, and how we can make further changes to see improvements. It analyzes each landing page separately in terms of meta data, content, internal linking, link- building, keyword combinations & variations.
This is where we take the results of the citation audit and make sure addresses and phone numbers are consistent.
6 Month Review
At the 6 month-mark we will provide a document very similar to the one which we provided after 3 months. It showcases our performance, what we have done, and what we feel still needs to be addressed.
